Learn MoreOur philosophy
People come to us carrying all kinds of things: worry that won't settle, low moods, old wounds, or simply the weight of a busy and demanding life. Whatever brings you here, we see it as part of a bigger picture that includes your relationships, your history, your values and your hopes.
Entheo Psychology is a therapeutic space for people to gain insight into what they are grappling with, its underlying causes, what is perpetuating it, what can be done about it, and finally, to put this new approach into action in a sustainable and enriching way.
Reece, the founder of Entheo Psychology, has a special interest in helping those struggling with anxiety, PTSD and depression. He has been at the forefront of this field as a practitioner and educator in evidence based medicine-assisted therapies.
Our therapists combine warmth with grounded, evidence based expertise. We move at a pace that feels right, offer honest conversation, and work with you as a whole person.
